Mission Statement

Fusion Care aims to support young people through the difficult transition of leaving care to becoming fully independent. At Fusion Care young people will be afforded every opportunity to access appropriate education, training and employment opportunities to meet their individual needs/abilities.

By doing this we aim to promote their educational, social, spiritual, physical and emotional well being and in doing so to maximise their independent living skills through positive self image, teaching practical life skills and accessing local services which will promote social inclusion.
