Fusion Care is an independent provider established 5th June 2009. Company Registration No. 6925209.

Fusion Care offers high quality leaving care support services to young people between the ages of 16-18. We offer accommodation with varying levels of support depending on the young person’s needs.

Working in conjunction with the 5 Outcomes of the “Every Child Matters” ethos, we aim to promote a set of principles and values that will enable young people to successfully undergo the transition from foster/residential care to semi-independent living, to fully independent adulthood.

Accommodation will be as close to the young person’s appropriate support networks as possible, suitably furnished and maintained, including white goods, kitchenware, bedding, cleaning accessories and products. We have an interim property that can be utilised for immediate referrals should emergency accommodation be needed as a temporary measure.

Although accommodation for 16+ young people is unregistered and unregulated, Fusion Care offer a policy of self-regulation in which high standards of support are maintained via stringent internal systems

Since July 2010 Fusion Care has successfully undergone minimum standard assessments by Placement Northwest.
